Create a WSS Site Collection.

It is very simple to create a WSS Site Collection!
  • Startup SharePoint 3.0 Central Administration
  • Select Application Management tab
  • Click 'Create Site Collection' under SharePoint site management heading
  • Enter details and Click Ok.
